Resolving inquiries on associate pay, benefits and company policies Providing detailed documentation on each call using case management system Utilization of available resources (i.e. knowledgebase, company intranet & HR system) to determine the most accurate response to caller Policy & procedures explanation Coordination with SME’s (escalate customer requirement and issues as per requirement) Handling associate profile changes, i.e. address and tax changes, etc. Fluent English and French (min.
